We may not know everything, but we can do anything.

Traditional property management companies work on volume and simply charge clients a fixed percentage for standard services. If that is what you want, we're not for you.

On the other hand, if you have a special property - that has been home to you - wouldn't you rather have personalized service? That is where we come in. We will work with you to come up with an arrangement that gives your property the level of care you want and together will we contract for a set of services and determine a price that is fair. Pay only for the services you need and only when you need them.

We love helping our neighbors manage the short-term rental of their property whether for an occasional weekend get-away or for longer time frames. You will own your listings and reviews, and payments from guests still go directly into your bank account. This means full transparency and flexibility. There is no minimum contract and never any long-term commitment.
