It can be a great way to make a little extra income from your largest investment, BUT do you risk it? We understand the trepidation folks feel at the prospect and MPR was created to give you peace of mind around the process. The Process

We begin with a general conversation about your property and goals. Next, if need be, we’ll step you through the process of creating a listing and discuss what you’ll need to have in hand to set up (or enhance) your listing on various services. Once your property is listed on one or more services, it can still be a little overwhelming to realize the amount of work that is still required. Not to worry - we’ve got you!

If this is the first time you are trying out having a short-term rental, we’ll cover how to stage your place, help you understand how we can help with bookings across platforms, and help you with practical details like how best to secure your valuables. There is a LOT more to talk about, but we’d prefer do that in person. Just know that we offer many services, a la carte for you to choose from.
